Thank you for registering to organize Processing Community Day!

Processing Community Day (PCD) is a global celebration of art, code, and diversity, with events taking place on dates chosen by local organizers throughout October 2026.

We understand that it can take enormous physical and emotional effort to organize a community event, therefore we have compiled this Organizer’s Kit to help you get things started.

Think of it as an inspiration rather than a set of instructions to follow like a rule book. If this is your first time, start with the Minimum Viable PCD.

Acknowledgement

The original 2019 Organizer’s Kit was created by Xin Xin, with guidance and support from Lauren Lee McCarthy, Casey Reas, Dorothy Santos, Johanna Hedva, and Daniel Shiffman.
